UrbanNest is a concept property discovery platform demonstrating intelligent search, saved collections and a modern management console for property teams.
The challenge
Property discovery is often noisy and slow. We explored a concept that prioritises relevant results, fast filters and a trustworthy presentation of listings.
Our solution
A clean search experience combined with saved searches, map-aware filtering and a management console that keeps listing data consistent across channels.
Architecture
Server-rendered Next.js pages backed by a Node.js API and PostgreSQL, deployed on AWS with caching for fast, SEO-friendly listing pages.
