Questions, answered simply
A few things founders and teams often ask before starting a project. If yours isn't here, just reach out.
How do you price projects?
Most engagements are scoped as fixed-price milestones or monthly retainers, depending on clarity and size. After an initial conversation we share a written estimate with assumptions so there are no surprises. Final numbers depend on scope, integrations and timeline, and nothing is guaranteed until we agree it together.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We're happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before discussing sensitive details, and we treat every brief as confidential regardless. Just ask and we'll send a standard template or review yours.
Which technologies do you use?
We work primarily with Next.js, React, Node.js and related cloud tooling, plus React Native for mobile and mainstream AI APIs where they add value. We choose the stack based on your goals rather than preference, and we'll always explain the trade-offs in plain language.
Can you work with our in-house team?
Absolutely. We often embed alongside internal engineers, designers or product leads — contributing code, reviews and architecture while fitting your existing workflow and tooling rather than replacing it.
Do you provide post-launch support?
Yes. Many engagements continue after launch as a support or improvement retainer covering monitoring, fixes, small features and scaling. We'll agree on a level of support that matches how your product is used.
How do you handle AI implementations?
We start from a workflow, not a model. We map repetitive, information-heavy steps, scope one tight use case, ground answers in your own verified data where possible, and keep a human in the loop. We avoid over-engineering and only recommend AI where it genuinely helps.
How long does a typical project take?
Small product builds often run four to ten weeks; larger platforms take longer and are delivered in milestones. Timelines depend on scope and feedback speed, and we'll give you a realistic plan after discovery rather than a vague promise.
Who owns the code and design?
You do. On completion we hand over the repositories, documentation and assets so you're never locked in. We can also keep a copy for support purposes with your permission.
